Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and logistics partner. Estimated delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout. Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Return Policy

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with order details and clear images of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Products will not be eligible for return if:

• Tags or original packaging are missing

• The return request is raised after the specified time period

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Once the returned item is approved and received, the exchange will be processed accordingly.

Refunds

After inspection and approval of the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
